General Provisions

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Payment methods currently supported on za77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
4.3 Withdrawing Bonus Funds
To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details). Before the bonus is fully wagered, only the original deposit may be withdrawn, but doing so will cancel the associated bonus.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
za77 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Separate terms may apply to VIP cashback and other promotions.
5.4 VIP Program
za77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%) and Gold (up to 1.2%). Progression through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity.
Gaming Rules
All games on za77 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Additional restrictions may apply when betting with bonus balance.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, za77 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the amount wagered. Claims for abnormal winnings arising from technical errors will not be accepted.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on za77:
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots or any other program to play games.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.

Limitation of Liability
za77 will not bear any responsibility in the following cases:
- Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
- Issues arising from faults in your device or software.
